Role and Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain cabling and networking systems with associated hardware
- Use of hand tools, power tools, and ladders frequently
- Working in attics and/or crawl spaces
- CAT 6 terminations, testing and troubleshooting
- Onsite service for a 100-mile radius of Mattoon with company vehicle
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· General understanding of telecommunications, security, data, and wireless systems
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Excellent critical thinking and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
